As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS), my job is to make sure my clients have the best loan, at the best rate, and that they understand every step of the mortgage process. Since 1998, I have been blessed to have a referral-only business thrive........which only comes from satisfied customers.
As a parent who has built & financed 2 different homes, I have experienced the mortgage process from all sides. Therefore, I make sure that my files close ON TIME, with a Good Faith Estimate that is as close to the final 1003 as possible. That also helps make satisfied customers.
As an approved originator with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, FHA, VA, and FannieMae, I am able to help people get into their 1st home, their dream home, or their cabin. I can also help with down-payment assistance, or help refinance for better rates or for available cash. I have been fortunate to make many new friends, all of them satisfied customers.
I take the time to keep everyone ( including realtors and title professionals ) "in the loop" on all application activity on every loan. No surprises....and great communication....also make for satisfied customers!
